Dried black soldier fly larvae are a great protein source for both isopods and roaches. BSFL are higher in both protein and calcium than just regular dried mealworms. They also have higher protein than fish flakes! In general, dried BSFL contain about 56% protein, 2.1% calcium, and 25% fat.1 bag contains approximately 1/2 cup of dried black soldier fly larvae.
