Prochem Bonnet Buff 5L (B110-05) Prochem Bonnet Buff 5L (B110-05) is a low VOC, concentrated carpet cleaning solution designed for use with a rotary bonnet cleaning system to maintain light-to-moderately soiled carpets. Product features Encapsulation formula: The product works by encapsulating dirt and soil particles, which allows for a clean, residue-free finish that can be easily vacuumed later. Fragrance: It is a clear liquid with a lemon and lavender fragrance. Primary use: It is intended for the regular, low-cost maintenance of traffic areas in commercial settings, although it is also suitable for residential use. pH: The solution has a pH between 8.5 and 9 when diluted. Directions for use This product is for professional and industrial use and should be pre-tested on an inconspicuous area for colourfastness before full application. Dilution: Mix 1 part concentrate with 16 parts warm to hot water (equivalent to 300ml per 5 litres of water). Application: Apply the diluted solution with a pressure sprayer at 30–40 psi (2–3 bar) across an area of approximately 30–50 square meters. Avoid over-wetting the carpet. Cleaning: Follow up with a low-speed rotary machine equipped with a soil-absorbent or micro-fiber bonnet pad. Finishing: Reverse or wring out the bonnet pad in warm water once it becomes soiled. For heavier soils, you can pre-soak the pad in the solution and lightly wring it out before use. Once cleaning is complete, use a carpet pile brush or groomer rake to re-set the pile and place pads or blocks under furniture to prevent staining from moisture
