It is formulated for professional use but is also suitable for industrial applications. Key product features Cleaning action: A powerful and safe formula that effectively breaks down and lifts heavy soil, grease, and draught marks. Appearance and scent: The product is a turquoise-coloured liquid with a lavender fragrance that also deodorizes carpet fibres. pH level: It has a high pH of 10.5, which is effective for breaking down oily and acidic soils. Packaging: It is available in a 5-liter container. Application instructions For optimal results, follow these application guidelines: Preparation: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet before application. Dilution (general): For light-duty and general applications, dilute 125ml of prespotter per 1 litre of warm water (1:8 ratio). Dilution (heavy soil): For heavy soil and grease, dilute 250ml of prespotter per 1 litre of warm water (1:4 ratio). Application: Apply the diluted solution to the soiled areas using a sprayer. Dwell time: Allow the solution to activate for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not let the product dry on the carpet. Extraction: Rinse and extract the carpet with an extraction machine, using clean water or your preferred extraction detergent. For wool or wool-blend carpets, it is recommended to use B109 Fibre & Fabric Rinse in the extraction machine to neutralize the alkaline solution. Testing: Always pre-test the diluted solution on an inconspicuous area for colourfastness. If the colour bleeds or changes, do not proceed.
