Key features Cleaning action: Breaks down deep-set dirt, oils, and stains to boost the effectiveness of your main cleaning machine. Formula: Biodegradable concentrate with an eco-surfactant. Mild pH of 8 (when diluted) makes it suitable for sensitive fibres, including wool and stain-resistant nylon. Uses encapsulation technology to prevent sticky residues that can re-attract dirt. Fragrance: A clear liquid with a natural lemongrass and herbal scent. Safety: Phosphate-free and gentle enough for use in homes with pets. How to use Preparation: Thoroughly vacuum the area to remove loose debris. For specific spots, pre-treat with a dedicated spotter like Prochem Natural Carpet Spotter. Dilution: Mix 100ml of concentrate with 1ltr of water for a 1:10 dilution ratio. Application: Pre-test the diluted solution on an inconspicuous area for colourfastness. Apply the diluted solution with a sprayer to the heavily soiled areas. Agitation and dwell time: Allow the solution to dwell for 10 to 15 minutes, but do not let the area dry completely. For extremely heavy soiling, agitate the treated area with a carpet or upholstery brush.
