It is formulated to counteract foam caused by shampoo, soap, and spotting agent residues, which protects the machine’s vacuum motor from damage. Product features and specifications Formulation: A white liquid containing a high concentration of silicone emulsion that effectively controls foam. Intended use: For professional and industrial use in hot water extraction machines to prevent over-suding. Odor: Has a mild odour for a more pleasant cleaning experience. pH value: Both the concentrate and diluted solution have a pH of 8.0. Packaging: Available in a 5-liter (5L) unit. Directions for use Shake the container well before use. Add 20 ml of the concentrate for every 10 litres of the recovery tank’s capacity. This corresponds to a dilution ratio of 1:500. Mix the required amount of defoamer with a small amount of water to pre-dilute it. For machines with a vacuum hose, pour the diluted solution into the hose with the vacuum motor switched on. For upright machines, add it directly to the waste recovery tank. Repeat this process each time the recovery tank is emptied. For particularly stubborn or excessive foam, increase the amount of defoamer used as needed.
