It is a white powder that uses a controlled bleaching action and should be used with caution, particularly on white, off-white, and pastel-coloured materials. Key uses and properties Stain removal: Considered a “last resort” treatment for difficult stains, including coffee, tea, and yellowing from jute or watermarks. Colour brightening: Acts as a brightener and de-browning agent for light-coloured carpets and fabrics. Oxidising agent: Its controlled bleaching properties are most effective on white, off-white, and pastel shades. Professional use: The product is intended for professional and industrial use. Directions for use Oxibrite can be used in two main ways, but you should always pre-test a small area for colourfastness before use and allow 20–30 minutes to check for any colour changes. As a cleaning additive: Pre-dissolve 15ml of Oxibrite in a small amount of hot water. Add this to 5ltrs of your ready-to-use extraction or shampoo solution. For tea, coffee, and browning stains: In 5ltrs of warm water, mix 30ml of Oxibrite, 60ml of B162 Fibrebuff, and 250ml of B105 Fibre Shampoo. Apply only the foam to the affected area using a sponge or brush and feather it out slightly. Allow the area to dry completely without rinsing. If the stain remains, repeat the process. For larger areas, you can use a sprayer and brush or a rotary machine. For best results, use any mixed solution within 30 minutes.
