Prochem Ultrapac Renovate 5L (A217-05) Prochem Ultrapac Renovate 5L (A217-05) is a highly concentrated, solvent-free restoration cleaner designed to remove severe, ingrained soiling from various surfaces after events such as fires. This professional-grade product is sold in a 5-litre container. Key features and uses Target soils: It is highly effective at removing dry soot, carbon, fire residues, smoke, grease, rubber marks, and ingrained soils. Versatile application: The cleaner is a multi-surface product suitable for use on carpets, fabrics, hard floors, porous surfaces, walls, and ceilings. It also serves as a pre-spray for carpets, particularly polypropylene (olefin) types. Cleaning action: Its unique, cationic solvent-free formula works by neutralizing the electrical charge of soil particles, which helps “pull them out” of the surface fibers and material. Additional properties: Ultrapac Renovate is a red liquid with a floral fragrance that also acts as a deodorizer upon application. Fire restoration: It is widely used and recommended for fire and smoke damage restoration and for cleaning safety flooring. How to use and dilution rates Prochem Ultrapac Renovate is for professional use only and requires pre-testing on an inconspicuous area. Dilution rates vary based on the level of soiling: 10 to 20 ml per litre for normal soil (1:100 to 1:50), and 50 ml per litre for heavy soil and restoration (1:20). For pressure washing, use a 1:4 mixture with water. Apply by sprayer, sponge, or floor machine, allowing 2–5 minutes dwell time for heavy soiling, then scrub and rinse thoroughly. For carpets and fabrics, extraction rinsing with Prochem Fibre & Fabric Rinse (B109) is recommended. A specialized ceiling cleaning solution can be made by adding B151 Oxibrite to the diluted A217 solution. Avoid using on aluminum, unsealed wood, or water-sensitive fabrics and surfaces.
